F2P action/idle game for handheld devices, where the user needs to create an army by tapping on the screen and then use the army against other armies.
 

The core loop of the game is perfectly divided in two different game phases, the first one is the idle/clicker phase and the second one is the combat phase.
 

The development of the game took different phases, it was released several times on the store to collect different data from the users (tech demo, MVP, beta, final release).

The design was made taking care all the data received from the users through the analytics system (Data Driven Design).

Some of the most important features that I have worked on are:​​

  • Design retention systems like daily challenges or daily/weekly login. 

  • Design the game features/updates to ensure a good monetisation KPIs.

  • Design the game progression to improve the engagement and the monetisation. Progression based on "gacha" system.

  • Define and improve the FTUE.​
